I have taken my share of exercise classes and so I know it is a rare treat to find a class that offers exactly the exercises I need (balance, strength, flexibility) with a terrific instructor. Becky is welcoming and knowledgeable. She listens to her clients and even designs specific exercises to help or strengthen problem areas (for me it is a shoulder, others are nursing sore knees)... Becky gets me to do lateral movement, footwork, and hand-eye coordination drills that I know I should do to help my tennis game but don't have the knowledge or drive to do on my own.
