Goal: Improve your tennis through off court exercise training

  • 100% focus on exercises and off-court tennis drills to improve tennis game.

  • HIIT drills include running and jumping to improve speed, agility, footwork, power, and endurance.

  • Strength training, balance, injury prevention, and stretching exercises specifically targeted for tennis players.

  • Friendly competition and the ability to track fitness progress.

CLASS SCHEDULING:

Class packages are designed for tennis teams or groups wanting to work together on fitness. The dates and times can be decided mutually and run between 4 and 6 weeks at a time.
