Class Offerings
Goal: Improve your tennis through off court exercise training that will work you hard!
- 100% focus on exercises and off-court tennis drills to improve tennis game. 
- HIIT drills include running and jumping to improve speed, agility, footwork, power, and endurance. 
- Strength training, balance, injury prevention, and stretching exercises specifically targeted for tennis players. 
CLASS SCHEDULING- there are two ways to participate:
#1 Drop-in weekly classes- Most Wednesday nights from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
#2- Workouts designed for tennis teams or groups wanting to work together on fitness. The dates and times can be decided mutually and there are 10 classes taught in 5 weeks.

Strength Training and Tennis Conditioning
Goal: Improve your fitness- for both tennis and non-tennis players
- Emphasis on strength training and stretching with balance and cardio work 
- Any tennis related exercises also translate easily to daily living fitness - LOTS OF CHOICES, INCLUDING - whether or not to run or jump 
- intensity level to exercise at 
- equipment and weight amount to use during exercises 
 - CLASS TIMES: TUESDAY & THURSDAY - 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM 
- 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
