Class Offerings
Goal: Improve your tennis through off court exercise training that will work you hard!
100% focus on exercises and off-court tennis drills to improve tennis game.
HIIT drills include running and jumping to improve speed, agility, footwork, power, and endurance.
Strength training, balance, injury prevention, and stretching exercises specifically targeted for tennis players.
CLASS SCHEDULING- there are two ways to participate:
#1 Drop-in weekly classes- Wednesday nights from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
#2- Workouts designed for tennis teams or groups wanting to work together on fitness. The dates and times can be decided mutually and run between 4 and 6 weeks at a time.
